Nope. The Proof & Panel Club is built for the CPG industry. If that’s your world, you’ll feel right at home. This includes brand owners, graphic designers, co-manufacturers, R&D folks, and other CPG partners too. Let’s help each other. 💛
Is this a course or a membership?
This is a membership, not a one-time course. You get ongoing access to the community, trainings, replays, and resources for as long as you’re a member.
How long do I have access?
You’ll have access for the duration of your active membership, including all new trainings, replays, and resources added along the way.
How often can I ask questions?
You can post questions anytime. Questions are answered weekdays. If you want Lauren’s eyes on something, just tag @lrockteacher.
Is live coaching included?
There is no 1:1 coaching included inside the membership. However, Lauren actively answers questions in the community daily, and members receive 10% off Proof & Panel 1:1 services if deeper support is needed.
What kinds of questions can I ask?
You can ask CPG-related questions across labeling, claims, ingredients, R&D, QC, branding, packaging, importing, and general “what do I do next?” decisions. Full done-for-you work is not included.
What if I don’t know where to post my question?
No problem. Use the Ask a Question (General) category and we’ll help guide you to the right place.
Can I start later or take breaks?
Yes. This isn’t a rigid program. You can join when you’re ready and cancel anytime. Just note that if you cancel and come back later, you may need to rejoin at the current membership rate, which could be higher than what you paid before.
Do you offer refunds?
Because the Club includes immediate access to digital content, resources, and the community, we do not offer refunds. You can cancel anytime, and your access will remain active through the end of your billing period.
Am I guaranteed results?
No guarantees. Results depend on how you use the Club. That said, many members find that avoiding just one delay, reprint, or wrong decision easily pays for the membership.
